This policy outlines how Oven Temp Pro collects, stores, and protects user data.
When you create an account and use the app, we collect the following information:
We do not collect GPS location, access your photo library, or retrieve any other personal data from your device. While the app may request access to your device’s camera, no images are stored, transmitted, or collected.
All account credentials (including company name, phone number, email address, and password) are securely stored by the developer in an encrypted offline ledger and a restricted-access Zoho business email system. These records are used solely for account management and recovery purposes and are never shared, sold, or exposed to unauthorized third parties.
Oven test data created by users is stored in a private cloud environment managed by the developer. Users retain control over their individual test records and may delete their own entries from within the app at any time.
The developer, acting as the application manager, does have access to test data for the sole purposes of enforcing the Terms of Use, ensuring system functionality, and addressing abuse or violations. This access is limited and is never used for monitoring individual users or altering submitted data.
We may access de-identified test data solely for the purpose of generating internal analytics on oven performance trends. These analytics do not include personal information, company details, or user-entered notes. All data used for analysis is anonymous and is never shared externally.
Users have the ability to delete their own test data directly within the app interface. Account deletion is not currently available through the app, but users may request credential changes or access removal by contacting support. All such requests are subject to manual identity verification.
Users may continue using Oven Temp Pro as long as their subscription remains active. Access may be revoked for submitting prohibited content or violating terms of use. Continued non-compliance may result in termination and the need to cancel the subscription.
Profanity, sensitive personal information, or inappropriate content submitted in text fields (such as technician notes) is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent access removal.
