Lynx Technology Systems LLC is a quality-driven company focused on developing practical software and technical tools for service professionals and specialized industries. Our work spans digital applications and technical solutions, with an emphasis on tools that support real-world workflows, diagnostics, and clear documentation.
We specialize in field-focused and professional-grade software, including service management platforms, diagnostic and reference applications, and purpose-built systems designed for trained users. Each product is developed with close attention to how work is actually performed—whether in the field, in a shop, or in technical environments—prioritizing clarity, reliability, and ease of use.
Our approach is deliberate and focused. We build software to solve specific problems, avoid unnecessary complexity, and design systems that integrate cleanly into existing workflows. As our product line grows, this same philosophy guides how we design, maintain, and evolve our tools: dependable, clearly designed, and built to be used with confidence. Below you’ll find our current products, each developed with this approach in mind.
How it works
Designed for repeatable input and fast verification.
The app’s core objective is to assist with identifying a best-fit blade arrangement strategy by analyzing the relationship between blades based on their moment weights. It evaluates large candidate sets and performs over 8,000,000 combination checks to verify the best arrangement of blades in seconds, producing reference outputs and visual maps that are easy to interpret and communicate.
Results are presented in a clear before/after format, and the interactive polar map supports layered views (including heat map modes) to help highlight patterns and confirm understanding of the arrangement.
App Screens
Step through the workflow: entry, confirmation, results, and the interactive polar map.
Built for clarity and repeatability
A straightforward workflow designed to produce consistent reference outputs for trained users.

Built around how trades actually work
Not every role needs the same fields. Not all trades require the same needs either. Service Lynx is being shaped around real-day workflows in the field and in the office accounting for YOUR needs.
Developer’s Vision for Service Lynx
A look at where the app is hoping to go over time.
Service Lynx is being built by someone who works in the trades as a field technician in the appliance repair industry, and is trying to solve the same problems many companies face every day: juggling jobs, customers, parts, and payments without adding more stress.
Nothing below is a promise or a guarantee. These are goals, ideas, and directions that may evolve as real companies use the software and give feedback.
- A clean daily job view that feels like a clipboard: see today’s calls in order, tap into each job, and immediately understand what needs to be done.
- Trade-aware job layouts so an appliance tech, plumber, stylist, or other trade sees fields that make sense for their work instead of generic business forms.
- Simple parts and fee tracking so companies can log what went into each job without needing a separate spreadsheet or pricing book on the side.
- Support for basic team visibility — over time, the hope is that owners and leads can see what their techs are working on without anyone needing to babysit the software all day.
- A path toward desktop or companion tools later, so office work and field work can eventually talk to each other without anyone having to double-enter data.
Pricing
Focused on being fair and sustainable for service work.
- Intended to make sense for real trades, in the field and in the office.
- Built with technicians, coordinators, and support staff in mind.
- Details will be shared once Service Lynx is closer to public launch.
About the Creator
The person behind Service Lynx and OvenTempPro.
Service Lynx was created by a working field technician who has spent years running service calls, diagnosing equipment, and dealing with the day-to-day realities of small service companies. The software grew out of real frustration with tools that were built for office staff first and technicians second. Before starting work on Service Lynx, the creator built specialized tools for appliance technicians, including an oven temperature diagnostic app used to document tests and communicate results to customers and manufacturers. That experience—combining hands-on trade work with practical software design—shaped how Service Lynx is being built today. Service Lynx is being developed with a simple goal: give companies clear, reliable tools that respect the way technicians actually work. Every screen, field, and workflow starts from that perspective, with an emphasis on clarity, straightforward record-keeping, and helping companies look more professional without adding noise or complexity.
The goal behind both Service Lynx and OvenTempPro is the same: give tradespeople software that respects their time, makes sense to use, and helps them do better work without getting in the way.
OvenTempPro
Tools built for real technicians in the field.
